UnixHTTPConnectionPool(host=’localhost’, port=None): Read timed out. の対処法

docker-compose upコマンドでdockerコンテナ起動時に以下のエラーが発生しました。

ERROR: for redis  UnixHTTPConnectionPool(host='localhost', port=None): Read timed out. (read timeout=60)

結論

Docker を再起動（Docker Desktop のApply & Restart （適用と再起動）をクリック）したところエラーが解消しました。
